1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Betapro (the “Service”) operated by Syntrex Digital Limited, you automatically agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms define the rights and obligations arising from the use of the Service and are a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Syntrex Digital Limited, a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Service. By continuing to use Betapro, you agree to all provisions of these Terms, including, but not limited to, compliance with data protection laws, privacy policies, limitations of liability, and acceptable use policies.

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms at any time. All changes become effective from the moment they are published on the official Betapro website. We recommend that you regularly check the Terms for the latest updates.

2. Service description

Betapro is a comprehensive tool designed for the professional management, administration and protection of PBNs (Private Blog Networks) created on the WordPress platform. The service allows you to effectively manage a network of sites, ensure their protection and automate tasks, which contributes to the stable and secure operation of your PBN.

3. The Service includes the following functionality:

3.1. Status monitoring: Tools for regular monitoring of the performance of sites on the network. The system provides timely notification of any problems or failures.
3.2. Protection against threats: Means to minimize the risks of attacks, vulnerabilities or any other threats that may affect the functioning of the sites.
3.3. Task automation: Ability to configure automatic actions such as plugin updates, backups or maintenance.
3.4. Recovery functionality: Tools to quickly restore sites after detecting or fixing security-related issues.

4. Important aspects of use:

4.1. Scope of services:

Betapro does not guarantee full automatic removal of all possible threats. Responsibility for following the recommendations provided by the Service to ensure maximum security remains with the user.

4.2. Dependence on settings:

The effectiveness of Betapro largely depends on correct server settings, regular plug-in updates and access to all network sites.

5. Prohibited use

By using Betapro, you confirm that you will not take any action that violates these Terms, including:

  • Illegal activity: You may not use the Service to support any illegal activity, including but not limited to hacking, fraud, or distribution of illegal content.
  • Unauthorized access: You may not attempt to access anyone else’s data, servers or systems without proper authorization.
  • Distribution or Resale: No part of the Service may be distributed, copied, transferred or resold without the prior written consent of Syntrex Digital Limited.
  • Violation of intellectual property: Any copying, reverse engineering, or modification of the Service’s software code without permission is a copyright violation.
  • Harmful activity: It is forbidden to download malicious code, viruses or perform actions that may cause harm to other users or services.

6. Termination of access

Syntrex Digital Limited reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your access to the Service if you violate any provision of these Terms.

7. Compliance with data protection laws

Betapro complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA:

  • GDPR (EU): Users have the right to request access, correction or deletion of their personal data.
  • CCPA (California): Users have the right to request the deletion of personal data or refuse to sell it. We guarantee that Betapro does not sell user data.

8. Liability and disclaimer

Syntrex Digital Limited shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising directly or indirectly from the use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • server failures or technical malfunctions;
  • conflicts with other plugins or your network settings;
  • errors related to incorrect configuration or use of the Service.

9. Limited Warranty:

Betapro is provided “as is” without any warranty as to its functionality, availability or results of use.

10. Terms of payment

10.1. Payment for the use of the Service is made monthly or annually, depending on the chosen plan, by advance payment.

10.2. In case of non-payment within 7 calendar days, access to the Service may be temporarily blocked.

10.3. Refunds are not provided as we do not guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted operation of the system.

11. Dispute resolution

All disputes arising in connection with the use of Betapro shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The parties agree that the courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
